What we offer in our prices :
The 3 course generous homemade breakfast comprising of :
first course: greek organic yoghurt with layer of granola and topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries , raspberries
second course: the full English cooked breakfast using organic eggs – selection of fried, scrambled, poached, omelettes with deep fillings of clients’ choices, farm sourced sausages and bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes, baked beans( optional)
third course : homemade thin pancakes with maple syrup,Nutella or homemade organic cherry jam made with cherries from the back garden or fillings of clients’ choices
Additional – croissant ,scones, muffins ,selection of jams, toast , cafetière coffee,selection of teas , fresh orange juice or apple juice
Breakfast can be tailor made to client’s special request or dietary requirements( Gluten free, Lactose free, vegan, vegetarian etc). All is included unless otherwise specified
Extras in the rooms (coffee, teas, selection of biscuits , chocolates, scones, muffins, bowl of fresh fruit, selection of nuts, pretzels)
All alcoholic beverages are of very good quality (white/red wine , gin and tonic Tanqueray / Bombay Saphire, whiskey , cognac, Prosecco, beer) . 2 large drinks per person per day included in the rates. Extras can be purchased separately.
Evening cheese/charcuterie boards with crackers are offered with wine or any desired drinks.
Tasty freshly homemade cakes and pastries are also offered at all times during the stay
All bathrooms are equipped with quality products– shampoos , conditioners , body/hand washes and lotions, blow dryers and bathrobes and single use slippers
Daily cleaning of rooms and bathrooms is provided by the housekeeper on site.

Cancelation policy, guests may cancel for a full refund up to 21 days before the check in date . No cancellations are accept within the 21 days prior to arrival. This is a small and very busy little guesthouse known for its big generosity in services and hospitality. Having limited availability, these conditions need to be followed for the bookings to be valid.
